ADR Experience

<em><strong>Military Service</strong></em> In 1992, while serving in the Philippines, act as mediator between military personnel in the wake of the Rodney King riots in Los Angeles. 2004 to 2010 - Served as the Command Equal Opportunity Manager for a Major Subordinate Command in the Marine Corps.  During this period, served as the senior Equal Opportunity Advisor for all U.S. Marine personnel, and Service Members and civilians serving in Marine jurisdiction in the Theater of Operations in Iraq in 2004/2005 and 2006.  Throughout the entire period, served as personal advisor to commanders addressing complaints from Service Members, responding to inquires from elected officials, family members, and community members. <strong><em>Non-profits</em></strong> 2011 t0 2012 - Served on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization and was the lead mediator between the organization and the community. <strong><em>Other</em></strong> 2013 - Address conflicts between the student body and faculty of a for-profit university. 2014 to 2017 - Pursue Graduate studies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. 2023 to present - Field informal complaints from consumers and businesses as the Community Liaison for the Better Business Bureau serving Sacramento & Northeast California.
