David brings 30 years of real-world dispute resolution experience — not as a bystander, but as the executive called in when negotiations broke down, contracts went sideways, and relationships were on the line. As founder of a project management consulting firm he grew from startup to acquisition, he spent over a decade negotiating client contracts, resolving service delivery disputes, and managing complex contractual transitions. After the acquisition, he restored a failing business line and drove 300% revenue growth through negotiation and delivery restructuring.
In his subsequent executive career, he led customer success across a multi-billion dollar SaaS portfolio, managed 150+ project managers across hundreds of simultaneous engagements, and personally resolved escalations spanning thousands of enterprise clients. His most complex engagement: restructuring a $160M cost / $120M revenue distressed technology project by replacing governance, renegotiating scope, and aligning client and vendor interests to achieve full financial and operational recovery.
He accepts civil mediation matters including personal injury, property damage, breach of contract, insurance disputes, HOA and construction conflicts, and probate disputes — and is available for both in-person and virtual sessions.
