Hello.  Please feel free to call me Dee.  I am dedicated to utilizing more than 30 years experience to help you move your issue from Pieces to Peace.  I am proud to call myself a Peacemaker who will facilitate you through self-directed problem solving in a human centered manner.

I am an attorney and certified public accountant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who served in a family division judicial capacity from 2005 through 2023.  My dual JD/CPA combined with years of complex litigation experience led to my appointment in the family division judicial capacity.

In Mediations and Arbitrations, the dual JD/CPA licenses provide unique ability to  leverage legal and financial insight to facilitate your issues to resolution.

I voluntarily left the judicial position at the end of 2023 to move to alternative dispute resolution services (ADR).  Having received my original mediation training in Pittsburgh, I chose to seek additional training in Chicago through the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), and Northwestern University.  I studied mediation and negotiation through the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.  Additionally, I  trained in Collaborative Law with the Pennsylvania Alliance for Collaborative Professionals.

I find that, when possible, in person sessions best serve the situation.  I travel to ensure in person, when desired.  I will use online dispute resolution through Zoom or Teams.
