I founded Bridge Mediation to help clients solve problems and move forward. As a former litigator, I am eager to help parties reach mutually beneficial agreements and avoid the costs, delay, adverse publicity, and polarization associated with protracted litigation.

Often, however, it is not enough to merely resolve an existing dispute; it is important to preserve ongoing relationships and lay the groundwork for future collaboration or, at a minimum, civil interaction. My practice specializes in providing mediation and consulting services for businesses, leadership teams, start-ups, family businesses, higher ed institutions, non-profit organizations, and professionals in the workplace.  Mediated conversations can also help co-parents resolve disputes regarding custody arrangements, joint parenting agreements, conflicts involving adult children living at home, elder care issues, and other family challenges. Community mediations also benefit from our forward-looking, facilitative approach.  We believe conversations are the best way to produce positive, collaborative outcomes in which everyone's interests are considered.

Laura Grisolano teaches mediation and conflict resolution while continuing to level up her own dispute resolution skills with training from Northwestern University, The Straus Institute at Pepperdine, the ABA, and more. A former litigator with Sidley Austin, Laura received her Law degree from The University of Chicago and spent two years as a law clerk in Federal District Court.  She is an active member of the State Bar of California, served as and Instructor for the Inaugural Leadership Development Institute of the Women's Bar Association of Illinois, delivers ADR workshops and programs for ASU, and regularly serves as an international ADR instructor to train new mediators in India through the IICA.  A Truman Scholar and Rhodes Scholar finalist, Grisolano serves as a trustee for Claremont McKenna College and was recognized as the inaugural Donald Egan Scholar by the University of Chicago Law School.  She has earned a reputation as a leader, a problem solver, and a conveyor of programs to move people and organizations to higher levels of performance.
