Leslie R. Bottimore is a Mediator, Certified with the Washington Mediation Association (WMA). She is a Certified Co-Parent Coach. She has over 25 years of experience resolving Divorce, Parenting, and Family Conflicts as a Family Law Attorney from 2000. She served as a <em>Pro Tem</em> Judge for 8 years managing Settlement Conferences. She has over 20 years of experience as a Mediator and Collaborative Professional. She has conducted numerous trainings as a Trainer / Educator in Collaborative Practice. She has written Articles and BLOGS on Collaborative Practice and Dispute Resolution.
Approach
Leslie’s approach is not “one size fits all” - tailoring her Mediation Services and Co-Parenting Coaching to meet the needs of her clients. She conducts Evaluative Mediations with Shuttle Diplomacy (Settlement Conferences), Facilitative Mediations, Narrative Mediations, and Insight Mediations.
