With more than 25 years of legal experience, Nancy Castor Sprattlin brings a unique perspective to mediation as both an experienced employment law litigator and estate planning attorney. Although recently registered as a mediator in Georgia, Nancy has spent decades helping clients in Georgia and New York navigate complex legal disputes, participating in countless mediations, negotiating favorable settlements, and successfully resolving numerous cases without the expense and uncertainty of trial.   Having represented clients on both sides of the mediation table, she understands not only the legal issues involved but also the financial, emotional, and practical challenges that disputes create. Her experience gives her the ability to facilitate productive conversations, identify common ground, and help parties move beyond conflict toward practical, lasting solutions.

After more than a decade at prominent law firms, Nancy founded Castor Sprattlin Law Group LLC, a boutique employment law and estate planning firm.  At the firm, Nancy handles a broad range of matters, including employment disputes, workplace conflicts, contract disputes, business disagreements, estate and probate conflicts, and other civil disputes.  Nancy has recently added mediation services to the Firm because she believes that many disputes can be resolved more efficiently, confidentially, and cost-effectively through mediation than through litigation.  Nancy provides a structured, respectful, and confidential process where every participant has the opportunity to be heard, explore creative solutions, and maintain greater control over the outcome rather than leaving important decisions in the hands of a judge or jury.
