I am a Communication and Conflict Management Specialist. I offer the following services:
Leadership and Communication Coaching - I work with individuals to help them gain understanding about their long-held beliefs and attitudes about conflict and identify what is and is not serving them. We then identify goals, strategies, and action plans for approaching a difficult conversation or situation with confidence and reduced stress. My clients include, but are not limited to, emerging and executive leaders, clergy and lay leaders, attorneys, organizational teams, boards and committees, professional groups, and families . My clients are global as coaching sessions take place by telephone or online video conference.
Mediation and Facilitation – I facilitate difficult conversations between two or more people in the workplace, between family members, and within and among communities. When appropriate, I offer Restorative Dialogue Facilitation services. Sessions take place online via video conference.
Courses, Trainings, and Workshops – I design and deliver courses, trainings, and workshops for colleges, universities, law schools, Boards, organizations, communities, and any other groups interested in learning more about communication and conflict management. All of my courses, trainings, and workshops are custom designed to make sure the topic and presentation style best meet my client's needs.
