Robin Gross is the founder of Alliance Mediation Services LLC, where she focuses on divorce and family mediation. She is committed to helping individuals and families navigate difficult transitions through a process grounded in neutrality, fairness, and respect. Robin believes that a well-structured mediation process empowers people to make informed decisions, improve communication, and reach practical, durable agreements tailored to their family's unique needs.
Before establishing her mediation practice, Robin practiced law in both the public and private sectors, advising on complex legal, regulatory, governance, and financial matters. In addition, she has devoted more than two decades to volunteer leadership and service with nonprofit organizations, where she has worked to strengthen families and communities through governance, advocacy, and public service. Together, these experiences have shaped her thoughtful, collaborative approach to mediation and her commitment to helping families navigate conflict with fairness, respect, and practical problem-solving. Robin is particularly comfortable working with financially complex matters involving business interests, executive compensation, retirement assets, and other sophisticated financial issues while maintaining the mediator's role as a neutral facilitator.
In addition to her private practice, Robin serves as a volunteer mediator with Metropolitan Mediation Services, the Community Dispute Settlement Center, and the Collaborative Resolutions Group, where she mediates divorce, parenting, juvenile, small claims, and other family-related matters. She has completed extensive mediation training, including divorce mediation, Parent Mediation Program (PMP), and juvenile harassment prevention order mediation, and is committed to continuing professional education in mediation and divorce financial analysis.
