Mr. Flynn is a proven professional executive with over 32 years of business experience with General Motors. This includes expertise in the areas of Sales and Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Dealership Relations, and Dispute Resolution. Mr. Flynn participated in the General Motors Dispute Resolution Process with their dealer partners, which resulted in a very high (90%) resolution rate and avoided costly legal fees for both parties. Since retiring from GM in 2017, Mr. Flynn has been actively involved in the mediation process as an independent Mediator, with significant experience at the Dallas Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) and North Texas Dispute Resolution Service (DRS). This pro bono work includes 125+ mediations and a partnership with several local courts. Mr. Flynn also works in the healthcare industry as a Credentialed Mediator with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI). He has significant mediation experience in all areas of Dispute Resolution, including the Automotive industry, business contracts, insurance, property disputes, and family conflict.
